Terms of service

To keep things simple and clear, we call you as the customer "you" and our company "we". These terms apply to all purchases made from Glowstead. By placing an order, you accept these terms, and we recommend that you read them before you shop. We follow applicable Swedish law, including the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), the Consumer Sales Act (2022:260) and other relevant consumer legislation.

Agreement and order confirmation

A binding agreement is formed only when we have sent an order confirmation to the email address you gave when ordering. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, sold-out items, stock errors, technical errors or other obvious mistakes. In such cases we will contact you before the order is processed further.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your market at checkout. Customs duties, import fees and local taxes may apply on delivery; these are paid by you and handled by the relevant customs authority. You are responsible for declaring and paying any VAT and other charges in accordance with the laws of the receiving country.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, for example Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All card payments are handled securely by our payment partners – we never store your card details. If you have a problem with a card payment, please contact your bank.

Delivery

We work with reliable logistics partners for fast and secure delivery.

Shipping cost: free delivery.

Processing time: 1–3 working days. Delivery time: 5–10 working days after dispatch, with tracking.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. If a delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within 30 days.

Customs and import charges

Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import fees and local taxes may apply. These costs are paid by you as the customer and are handled by the relevant customs authority, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Right of withdrawal – 30 days

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind.

The product must be in unchanged, saleable condition and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving and approving your return.

You pay for the return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Always send returns with tracked shipping so that we can be sure the parcel reaches us.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange a product? Contact our customer service and we will help you.

Faulty products

If a product has a manufacturing defect, you have the right to make a complaint within three years of purchase, in line with Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen). If the complaint is approved, we cover all costs, including return shipping. Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault.

Uncollected parcels

For parcels that are not collected and are returned to us, we charge a fee equal to our actual costs for shipping and handling.

Liability and warranty

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use of the product. Always follow the product instructions. Any warranties apply in accordance with Swedish consumer law and cover manufacturing defects.

Campaigns and discount codes

Discount codes and campaigns only apply to new purchases and cannot be applied afterwards. Specific terms are stated in each campaign.

Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can read more in our privacy policy.

Disputes

Disputes should first be resolved in dialogue with our customer service. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). You can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government decisions or similar events.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you placed your order.

Minors

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to shop with us.
